Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I can't say enough about the great customer service I received this morning while seeking routine oil change! Tommy, provided the most thoughtful customer service by checking my headlights! Found out my front right front headlight was out ( second car not driven as much) he offered me water while I wait for service. Please check them out! Ask for Tommy! They also have their own complimentary car fresheners

It’s a neighborhood spot that I’ve driven by for a few years. Did a Google search for oil changes near me and this location was perfect. Especially since they said it would take 10 minutes. After calling, I received a $20.00 off coupon as well. They use AI technology to answer all questions which was great, smooth and efficient. Staff was pleasant and even advised me that my away bar links were having issues and get them checked out. Will definitely visit again! Toskanelia Palmer

I've been to several of the Strickland Brothers facilities. I must say my favorite is on Stony Island. They're very fast efficient friendly. And plus they always doing their job with a smile. Very professional.

I love these guys and have recommended Strickland to many friends. Upon arrival you line up and are quickly put into a bay and handed a bottle of water. The oil change was fast and efficient. When finished I was presented with a very reasonable bill and given a scented packet for my car. They not only change the oil but check to make sure all my lights were working and filled my tire with the correct amount of air. I was on my way in no time.

Easy in, easy out. We brought 3 cars in at the same time and were done in 20 minutes. The staff were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was convenient to be able to remain in the vehicle. Service was delivered with a smile and good tunes playing in the garage.
